The unstoppable corporate influence and brutality of the United States of Russia resulted in the creation of the first Race X from Earth, Ursula Pettrovich AKA Hacker.

Race X are created when people with the ability to live in a Quantum environment are subjected to one long enough to adapt to it biologically. The result is a being able to manifest powers all on their own might.

In Hacker's case, she has the power to create metal from nothing, resulting in her armor and weapons. Which sounds impossible, but the metal she creates fades away into nothingness when it exits a proximity of around 30 meters. She is also able to convert her own organic material, AKA her body, into steel harder than the core of planets.

With her corporate backing, Hacker is sent into the Savage Continent with the sole purpose of settling the resource rich land before Chroma and the Victory Frontier claim it for their citizens.
