These two goobers are best friends and roommates at the boarding school they attend, Shadowford Academy. They’re both outcasts among the student body, and are pretty different from each other, too. Despite their differences, they have a bond stronger than steel, and would do anything to protect each other.
Brad Huang, the panda, is a very determined person. He tends to not get close to others, and doesn’t care what they think of him. He likes a lot of things not typically enjoyed by guys, like girl groups and wearing both masculine and feminine clothing. Even though he’s been ridiculed for it, he just keeps going on.
Brad comes from a wealthy family, much like the other kids at Shadowford, but he doesn’t act like he’s better than everyone else. His father is an executive for a cell phone company, and his mother was a famous model before her passing. He’s very protective of the few people he cares about, due to trauma experienced when he was younger.
His favorite things are fashion, girl groups, video games, and working out. He is seventeen years old.
Edgar “Stinky” Skunkton comes from a much different background than Brad. His family
never had much money growing up, and were even homeless when he was a baby. Stinky has a sharp mind, and his hard work and intellect got him a full ride scholarship to Shadowford Academy. Being from a poorer family at an elite boarding school made him a target for ridicule, made worse by the fact he’s the only skunk on campus. Even though he smells quite lovely, many of the other kids hold their nose around him, or call him rude names. Funnily enough, he gave himself the nickname Stinky, but only Brad calls him that.
Stinky is a bright, outgoing young man, but he has trouble with his self confidence sometimes because of the bullying he’s experienced. He doesn’t like to use his stink, but will use it if he absolutely must. He’s always interested in learning about the world around him, and figuring things out with Brad by his side.
Some of Stinky’s favorite things are video games, puzzles, studying, metal music, and taking naps. He is fifteen years old.
