Back on my deviant Art account, with the username Yakkey, I had these two characters I really liked, and wanted to bring over here. Will: the big lovable Dragonite, and Wisp: the smart-allic Mew. I wanted to draw them again as a way to practice a more toony style; and fun fact, I was inspired by the work of eligecos
