This takes place after Po and Mei Mei's kidnapping, having been subsequently rescued by the Furious Five. As it turns out, unbeknownst to him, Fenghuang has placed him inside this pocket dimension so that he would no longer be a nuisance to her plans, successfully convincing him (at least temporarily) that his previous life was a dream and that he's nothing more than a bored royal trying to escape his responsibilities with Walter Mitty fantasies of adventure who got more than he bargained for on his trip to the Jade Palace, causing him to appreciate his life for what it is and take his duties as emperor more seriously.

Fenghuang, in this pocket dimension, poses as Po's Grand Chancellor, the chief administrator for the imperial bureaucracy and his most trusted advisor.
