"For years, ever since the death of his life-partner (Blaster), Soundwave hadn't picked up Laserbeak's guitar alt-mode in centuries. There were just too many memories attached to it. All he needed was a push to get back into the groove he once championed during his cultural rebellion on Cybertron.
Juliette had seen to that. It was a long story as to how they met and why he was currently stationed at her place, but she was determined to help unlock that part of him once more. At first, he steadfastly refused, even though his own Minicons were encouraging it. Eventually, after more time spent with her, he felt...free. Unchained by his grief. Perhaps it was logical to do just ONE session? Maybe that would help his funk after all?
In the end, it was just a soft jam session between the both of them. Nevertheless, Laserbeak felt alive and his fingers felt like he never lost the touch in the first place. Not that he wasn't impressed by how expertly Juliette was strumming the strings. He did ask why she liked to do her work either barely clothed or completely nude, but she pointed out that he wasn't exactly covering himself either.
Not that he was complaining about her state...perhaps it was possible for not just his musical talent to resurface...but also his capacity to find love..."
