Ah! I forgot to put this up before I left!!! Well, no matter, I shall do so now.
Anyway, today was my anniversary with
verathevix and how wonderful it was! A day full of joy and glee! She's asleep now... and I lost the ability to sleep normally, so... =P
It was really great though! We met up in the airport, went to my house, freshened up and then... on the road! A nice little trip to one the near-by forest, a picnic and that sort of mushy stuff like bird watching. Then we went home... again! This time I played her this and something else (that's a secret composition with all sorts of singing!), she gave me a few more lovely birds she illustrated!!! <3 Oh, and then the most fun bit! We went to a few bars where there were open-mic things, acted a little tipsy, unprofessional even, and played the most difficult duets we could imagine... ha! They certainly didn't expect that!!! XD And that, we did for quite a while... Finally, we went back home and cuddled up to watch a film! Yeah... it was great!!!
P.S. This is the second part to this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4890245
So, continuing on the story, after finding out that we really were more than just best friends, we sort of started to talk and talk and cuddle in the moonlight... it was sweet, believe me! (That's described the first piece here!) Then, it was late at night... Ooo, neither of us could sleep, so with this new-found love our fancies became quite real... after a while we did fall asleep and I dreamt the best dream evah! (For this, I have A scherzo from A Midsummer Night's Dream)... Then, early that morning, I awoke (gasp! That's not in the script!), and went to find flowers, and enjoying the early morning wood-life I found a few and quickly ran back! (~The Rose) I got back to the camp, she was still fast asleep, so I decided to sit there and look at her (aww!) till she woke. (Joy~) When she did I gave her the flowers and ah, how she loved them! We packed everything up and after a few hours headed back to the town with a skip in our step and love in our hearts, much to the joy of our parents (who I'll be indebted to for the rest of my life for setting this scenario up for us! I do realize that we have weird families =P)
Well, I hoped you liked that hastily written tale!
These are the pieces I play~
Schumann's Eighth Symphonic Etude
Mendelssohn's Scherzo from his Midsummer Night's Dream
Schubert's The Rose (transcribed for solo piano)
Fauré's Joy from eight short pieces)
Granados' Songs of Youth
