Would have submitted this last night but was kinda tired^^;

Anyway it's been a while since I submitted something PCA related since school has been getting to be a bit but in the process I managed to think up a new character for the PCA. This time I decided to shorten the bio story a bit.

Personality: Very funny, outgoing, courageous (sometimes part of being funny)
Hobbies: Having fun, pulling light pranks, training (when he has to), and just hanging out.
Living in Ecruteak City wasn’t all bad for Márcio especially with his mother working in the dancing theater. His sister, always inspired by her mother’s dancing, seemed to always join her and watch. Because of this he would be left alone with his father, who works as a mechanic in Goldenrod City.
When younger, Márcio loved being funny and loved pulling pranks. His mother and sister thought they were funny his father however not so much. Because of all this funny, little pranks he started training his son (at nights) hoping that he would stop all that funny nonsense however even with the training Márcio still didn’t stop. Because of this when Márcio got older he got accepted into the PCA in Viridian City in Kanto.
Having no arguments against the idea he joined the PCA leaving his family in Johto and heading to Kanto as a freshmen around the age of 15.
