Absolutely. Fat people at this size can do both more and less than people think. We can get up. We can move and do most stuff. There's a lot of extra muscle mass growing to support the weight if you stay active-ish. But a lot of people still underestimate how much moving an extra several hundred pounds that you can't take off or put down wears on someone, lol. The body is shockingly good at adapting, but only up to a point. Like I tell folks. I'll get there! It'll just take a moment. And I'm gonna need to rest for like an hour before doing anything else physical. Because it's like wearing several large buckets of Jello I can't take off. :D)
