While I'm more of a Christmastime fan, I do absolutely LOVE seeing how creative people get with their costumes and decorations for Halloween! Mmmmm and the Brach's Mellowcreme Pumpkins that come out for Halloween...... *Homer drool* lol

I think I'm going to try Toontober again this year. (Like Inktober, but not copyrighted.) I especially had fun with the last prompt from last year's. (My Ghostbusters Mash-up pic.) lol Last year was my first time participating and it was pretty fun.

Do you participate in any annual challenges? NaNoWriMo, Inktober, etc?

I haven't done any challenges like that because I usually don't have the time, and I don't enjoy extra stress on creating stuff when it's my job xD

but I did do nanowrimo years ago once when I had a lot more free time :P

I rarely do anything art related for holidays, but .. maybe this year that will change.... 🫣

Yeah, that's why until last year I never tried one until Toontober. lol Also, Toontober isn't a daily prompt, you usually have a few days for each prompt so there's time to BREATHE between them and real life. So, less pressure! ;D I think there are like, 11 or 13 prompts in total, can't recall at the moment for sure. ^^;; But, the prompts are interesting and takes a LITTLE pressure off of the creative process for me. Figuring what to do and what to have the character(s) doing. Since I can't really visualize in my mind's eye, prompts do seem to help simplify things a bit. ^_^;;;

I have a few friends who write/wrote TONs and used to do NanoWriMo almost EVERY year. (Still boggles my mind to think about how they could do that!) But I'm not nearly that talented with writing, when I get stuck, even if I know what happens next, it can be years, literally, before I figure out how to get from where I left off with a writing to where I want to go with it. ^_^; That in-between stuff. lol
Mind if I ask what genre you like(d) to write?

That would be cool to see some holiday related art, especially Halloween with that just a little under 2 months away. :D As an avid viewer of your works, I can say it would be really neat and very fun to see what you might come up with for a Halloween themed pic. >D If you get some inspiration for one that is. If inspiration doesn't come, that's fine. lol No pressure, just thought I'd mention it because i think it would be cool.
