Witness Testimony-During the game session.-I know Josh-o, me and him played baseball together.
It's a wonderful past-time sport...
We take turns throwing and catching baseballs together. And then...
We ended getting hit in the noggin.... ouch, after that, we were in a daze.
We fell over, but for me, hard to shrug it off at first, but I managed.

Evidence1. Josh-o's Autopsy Report - Died between 2:05 - 2:15 PM from a blunt trauma from the back of his head. Likely struck by an wooden object. Signs of the impacted area struck twice as death was not instantaneous at first.
2. Yellow Gloves - Belongs to the victim. Fingerprints of the victim were discovered inside the glove.
3. Baseball - A ball was used to play catch. Marks left by the wooden object. Mostly was used for hitting the ball.
