This picture looks like Wayco is attacking someone else with a sneak attack pounce. While most of my Wayco pictures have her abusing Tasha in some form or another, this time you can see the Shepard safe in the background.

Some assume Wayco is after the pixie Stix that the victim is holding, others suspect he is doing something majestic and kingly such as being a part of a parade and the straw holder is the leader of the parade. The world may never know the truth.
