Prodigy's primary ability is to control technology within a specific area, but he can only do this while wearing his suit which allows him to connect with any bit of technology. Along with that he's also an inventor and can create robots to back him up in a fight since he's terrible in hand-to-hand combat.
So far he's never come across any security system that he's not been able to hack. as for another hacker Prodigy's skills and tech are so advanced compared to everyone else that he'd win in any situation. However, if the area he was fighting in were to experience a blackout, or if he was stuck in the county side with tech, he'd be completely defenseless.
