FA does not permit content containing minors involved in sexual situations. This applies to humans (Loli, Shota) or otherwise human-like characters (i.e. Cub) who are, without question, under the general legal age (18). Images or stories where the character is of questionable or indeterminable age will be up to the discretion of the administration.

It's one character in different ages. They're next to each other because of image composition, not because of actually being next to each other.
Though I suppose someone could be dumb and say that by subtraction the oldest one is only 16 or so, but that's pretty obviously not right if you look at it.

I would fight that decision if I were you. There was nothing wrong with the other picture and it was labeled accordingly. If the admin had paid attention, they would have seen that it was the same character and that the "minors" in question have nothing to do with the others. According to the FA policy and the current wording at the time that I have posted this, you are in no violation of any of the FA TOS/SA/AUP.

Actually, an erection on a minor IS a sexual situation. Solo it may be, but it is still sexual. Even nude in a flacid state pushes the line enough that I'd side with the admins for taking it down. But 4 versions of the SAME character, with the versions that are minors clothed... total bullshit.

Same thing happened with SEGA's Mega Drive aka Genesis.
I guess it varies from place to place. I kinda miss when they did console variations but it saves out on the confusion with current gen consoles now they're all alike. :P

Uh... I mean... um... o.o Don't cry... *pats your back* I didn't mean it like that... ^^; Most kids these days seem to only care about their PlayStations and Xboxes, and always seem to talk shit about Nintendo, so I always felt that they were kids who never had a real childhood... ^^;
