Honestly, they sort of remind me of the Poe from the game "Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess". The ones that are armed with the scythe and have a lantern strapped onto their spectral tails. They are normally found at the dead of night, or in dimly lit places. And are only dispatched in Link's "Wolf Form".
