Here we have Hawkbit, a paternal polar bear, and his delivery van. Described as a 'glacial beanbag,' Hawkbit runs a diaper service, and is open about how big some of his "babies" are. He makes no effort to hide the shared interest.

Of course, he's quick to advocate cloth diapers. Not only are they better for the planet, but they are free of those annoying, fur-trapping tapes. The flexibility of the cloth diaper and cover combination also makes it better suited to the diverse proportions of furs.

In hindsight, it is odd that I drew awkward looking ear cutouts on the cap, but not tail slots in the diapers. In addition to this 2000 pic, he appears in a much better-staged ad for his business. It'll be posted with the 2003 pics.

Hawkbit was created as a character for caregiving on furrymuck. My usual character, BitterGrey, didn't have thumbs which limited his potential when it came to changing diapers.
