Nova is a great example of what happens when cops overestimate what they can get away with. Though Nova is alive and smiling. She isn't going to be cracking jokes or doing anything involving coloring between the lines. Instead she's going to be cracking skulls and tagging buildings around her. This criminal is well known for being elusive, and she loves it.
