Sushi cooks/chefs are totally unflappable. I swear, if you walked in there dressed as Zombie Sailor Moon and wearing Pokemon-flavored underwear on your head, they'd just look at you stone-faced and wait for your order.

This was an absolutely awesome new roll he'd added and called a Kick-Ass Roll. Sprig of asparagus, tempura, smoked salmon, cream cheese, and a bit of hot-sauce. Tasted and experienced in that order, just as the cook wanted. Really brings home the essence of sushi, that the one single bite has so many flavors and textures.
