On the second day of class, because our menu was done so quick, the chef invited the PRESIDENT OF THE SCHOOL to come sample our dishes. So we busted out the fresh linen. She only sampled one table, and took a good half hour in doing so...so our dishes were cold by the time the chef came to critique. :(
