A quick rundown of Sini's treelair:

Resembling a maple tree, this gigantic tree, of a sort called the "lord trees," due to their size, is a little over 5,000 feet tall at the top of the canopy, about the elevation of a sizable mountain. However, the elevation of the main chamber is about 750 feet. The bole is 900 feet tall and 350 feet wide.

Such trees attract creatures that feed off of concentrated magic, for they are the many hearts of the forest, pumping magic as a heart pumps blood.

This is Sini's main lair. It is guarded and maintained by numerous servants, mostly kirins and kitsunes and kobolds. The main chamber can be accessed via flight; however, most visitors reach it by using the elevator powered by the magic of the shaemu, which are basically sorcerer-ninjas that can telekinetically lift platforms made of leaves.

Sini, the draconic lord over his Domain of the forest spanning 20+ miles in each direction, does often publicly receive guests into the main chamber; those sapient anthro races who are permitted to live within these lands are this way because they have sworn themselves to the dragon as vassals, and so part of that commitment includes worship: offerings of crops or livestock, praises, magical artifacts and so on. In return he breathes his magebreath, offering his blessing to them, or a renewal of his blessing to be had every month, which brands them as a vassal of his.

The walls of the lair are protected by magic to prevent erosion from the poison he emanates.
