Her name is Aria Redfield, she's a total tomboy. The only reason she uses her pink tools and pink jumpsuit, despite the fact that she hates the color, is because they were gifts and she never throws gifts away... She was a war orphan by 3 and ended up being found by a military officer- she was tiny, cold, hungry, and alone- he was actually going to take her to the nearest orphanage but something about her made him grow so attached that he took her as his daughter instead. She showed a knack for tinkering and mechanics so he encouraged her to pursue that rather than fight as a soldier. So she became a mechanic on base and one of the best- because when you're only 5' and a girl on a male dominant military base you work hard to prove yourself. Aria is also a dreamer, often spacing out from time to time with a far off look to the sky. She takes comfort in the stars and often wonders what it would be like to travel into space.

I have had Aria since I was 12 and she has slowly developed over time. I've taken her story and translated it into any RP I was in, if it was Gundam she worked on Gundams, if it was Zoids she worked on Zoids, Space ships etc etc. She was actually going to be a Gundam fan character but I liked her so much that I just kept taking and putting her in every other situation. But for the most part she is definitely designated for mech RPs. One thing I usually do with Aria is take snippets from whatever RPs she's been in and I keep it effecting her throughout her life. Only instead of stealing the characters from the other RPs I alter the characters and a few things but for the most part the main idea is there. Major events that effect her especially- such as in one RP the gundam military base she was living was attacked and she managed to escape with one other character just as everything went up in flames. So of course I kept the idea of how she ended up out on her own and it still effects her today.

I dont really RP anymore, but I decided to kind of re-vamp her design to suit my style a little more. She's always been in the camo and fingerless gloves, but I decided to give her the red bangs, glasses, and arm straps just because I felt like it! lol. I also did try to turn her into a furry character since joining the fandom. And I've drawn her a couple times. But I do miss the Anime/human version. Its just.... very hard for me to draw Anime. >_< in fact I had to look up a bunch of anime characters to make her look just right.
