A work in progress.

I'm tweaking my character designs a bit. I got rid of my hair tuft, gave Greta a more pointy nose to identify her as a skunk... Raggy's design looks fine. Alphonse, I'm not sure if he needs work or not.

Something seems off about my face though. I'll have to figure out how to fix mah faec. D:

Well personally I'd add a small line to show he has a lower lip or perhaps reshape it a little, looks to be pointing "up" more than usual, but that might be his smug lil' smerk there.. Hrmm..

Well just looking at you avi you can see him smile easy, but I can see that there's a lack mouth curve for the above image? Does that help at all?

The muzzle? It looks like perhaps you forgot the curve of the lip, so because it's just one big swoosh to a sort of oval shape, that it creates the illusion of no mouth. Only a Shnoz!

I like him without the hair tuft, but maybe a little spikeyness or a much smaller hair tuft so he doesn't look so bald.

I prefer him with the hair tuft.
As for the muzzle, I can see what you are talking about. It is possible that its the line on the top of it slanted to far downward, making it look almost pinched? Its possible that if you slanted it up a bit towards the eyes a bit it wouldnt look so constricted.

and personally I like this new look for him. It looks much more dynamic. but his nose seems a little large for that size of a muzzle

I think the muzzle looks off because of a defined bridge. Usually that's not there. And it's a tad squarish for him.

Are you speaking about al...he is a mule and that looks about right for most mules i have seem. I grew up in an area with a lot of mules. I could just be a characteristic of the horse bread that he is born from. Not all mules have to be a perfect blend.

Also i thought: AL-club,m Rag-Diamond...but i ya the character tweaking is nice...although you looked better with the hair tuft. And don't change AL he is perfect the way he is.

I was talking about Beau; he mentioned above that there is something not-quite-right about the face, I believe it is the shape and suggested bridge.

...Huh. I would've figured Rags would've been diamonds, what with his lust for money, and Alphonse would've been clubs since he's a bit more salt-of-the-earth, and certainly stronger.

I would think that, given their personalities and characters so far seen, that Al would be more Clubs, Rokko would get the Spades and of course Beau should be Diamonds.

Hmm, I dunno, I like you with the hair tuft. It adds some forward motion with your head, which because your ears go so far up, it's in my opinion something that really helps to balance your head out.

Raggy looks good. I like Greta's look too. Alphonse looks like his usual beefcake self. Just figured I'd give my opinions. I really hope the whole think goes forward, because I would love to play with these guys.

Play cards. Seriously, just cards.
