Icon of my disaster boy Megaphone! He's one of the NPCs for the super hero inspired tabletop game I'm running, Mega Mega Mega! Megaphone here can voice control people- more or less making them do what he wants. The catch is that the louder he is, the more effective the voice control works. He used to just lug around a megaphone until he busts his vocal cords pretty bad in a fight. Now the guy had to get a built in replacement, and it certainly seems to be making him a lot louder.
