Reference Sheet made for  Looneyman featuring Skye, a Fairy Minccino.

Skye was born as a regional variant of the Unovian Minccino. High levels of dust (with the possibility of a notable amount of sweet scented pollen) were found in the region where these minccino were located, prior to becoming the regional variant. Dust devils would spread more dust which created a constant problem. Overtime these minccino evolved to become the regional variant you see before you as Skye is one of them. Since then, they have been able to reduce the dust levels of the region at a controllable pace.
