Art is our job and I love to work on it. However, because commissions must always come first to pay bills (and feed the animals), our comics get neglected and go on frequent, long hiatuses. We don't want that and probably our fans don't want it too: we're hoping that I can make enough monthly through Patreon so we can ease back on commissions and focus more on updates. He earned. He was a "rescue" from a woman who was constantly in and out of the hospital (Chemo)
She had a hyper aggressive cancer that eventually claimed her.
However, wakko. Was often left alone with with a sibling with almost no food or water for a week at a time
So, he refused to let people who fed him outta his sight (This included jumping into the shower while it was running to keep eyes on you)
Step dad eventually said to my mother "Babe..that cat you got. He's wakko" and thus his name was given.
He had an assortment of nicknames one of my faves was from my aunt "That's a hairy Harley!" Wakko had a purr that was so loud if he hopped on your chest
It was a massage (I've lost count the number of days I missed school cause of him)

He was definitely one of a kind. I miss him but, time's cruel and he only lived for 16 years
My family has a personal legend. Cat's have 9 lives as they come back 9 times. And if you bonded with your feline
They'll reincarnate into another cat and find you. (S'why some cats have this strange habit one cat only seemed to do)
I think Wakko was bonded to my mother as I never found him again.
