I drew this picture as a seperate project, but it offered for me an opportunity to try out some new techniques for creating a liquid effect. I can use this effect in future pictures so I'll say that I'm happy with how it came out.

That's an impressive water effect.
It makes me wonder though how high above the ground your elemental can rise before running out of material which it seems to lose constantly to create this beautiful visual effect, and there is only that much water you can pump back up in the watery hose of a snake-body at once without increasing the snake's own diameter ;)
