Just so you know, Dobes isn't dead :). These supers are very resiliant. He's just had all his energy drained, and some other vampire stuff is going to happen to him.
Vampire bat villain Johnny Drac has knocked doberman hero Dobes Gillis to the ground and drained the last bit of his energy (or blood, if you prefer. As explained in the previous description I think of him as draining"energy" because this is mostly inspired by old action cartoons where they would not have mentioned blood.)
Yes, this is mostly the previous pic turned sideways with a different background, but I did make several changes :).
It looks like the green is the energy being drained from Dobes, but it's actually the skunk's spray from earlier. It's dispersed in the second pic because (nonsensical superhero universe science warning) it was "designed" specifically to effect the chemical makeup of a doberman, and Dobes' chemical makeup has changed as a result of Johnny's bite. I'm going to make a GIF that will make this a bit clearer, with the gas turning a different color and then dispersing. Of course, the real reason is: I'm tired of looking at Dobes through that haze!
Speaking of haze, I finally remember that it was supposed to be foggy out where they are.
(Also wanted to mention: I have plans to eventually have a "good" vampire bat in here at some point, so nothing against the species, Johnny just happens to be "evil.")

No, I don't remember him. Never got into Beast Wars/Machines much.
It's less silly than the Superfriends vampires that shot lasers from their fangs that vamped people. Got into a discussion on another pic about the TV ratings systems and cartoon conventions with regard to blood-draining vampires.
