Thats alot for the UK, but we call 10cm of snow in much of canada.... "meh" Have had a 80cm snowstorm here a few years back... THAT shut everything down for days here in Halifax.
My Dad is from London, moved here in the 70s. in the 90s he was visiting his brother, and it snowed about that much, He had to drive his brothers car for him as they were out at the time.
