If I tried to put in every noodle variant out there we'd be here a very long time. There's a somewhat gentrified downtown area near here, which has two (specifically) ramen shops, several Thai/Korean/general Japanese places which also happen to have noodles, and if you really don't want east Asian noodles, there's a couple of Italian places as well.
