Biography: BounceMan.EXE is a NetNavi created by Suite to be used in the Battle Network universe. He was originally supposed to be one navi that AstroMan.EXE & OpticSunflower.EXE were meant to be, but Suite could not get the data proportions correct at first. Through trial & error however, Suite found out what she was doing wrong in a short time & soon BounceMan.EXE was successfully born unto the world as Suite's 3rd NetNavi; sharing his operator's PET with AstroMan.EXE & OpticSunflower.EXE. He bears a great deal of resemblance to the robot master he is modeled after, but he differentiates in a number of ways. For starters: His arms & legs are shorter & longer; respectively, than the original's, but can change length at any given time, but will usually do so during netbattles. His hands are basically balls like the original's are, but the balls are smaller for an easier time gripping objects & other people. The antenna on his head is retained, but the ball at the end is polka-dotted instead of simply being plain white. And aside from his eyes, any part of him that's yellow is lavender purple instead. When introduced to the class of 5-A, he, just like OpticSunflower.EXE, was a huge hit with the girls due to cheerful attitude & playful disposition. However, when it came to being used in netbattle lessons, he was used to teach defensive techniques to other navis. His first netbattle was against a visiting Mary & Ring.EXE who had recently been beaten by GravityBeetle.EXE, and believed BounceMan.EXE would be an easier victory. She was proven wrong within moments as BounceMan.EXE proved too much to handle. He even gave Lan & MegaMan.EXE a lesson about always being prepared. In terms of incidents, he really shines if the enemy is an electric navi as his rubbery body makes him immune to electric attacks, and so proved handy in stopping ElecMan.EXE a 2nd time during the Zero Virus incident. Either way, BounceMan.EXE is always ready to help boost morale & provide a helping hand when needed. Like his original counterpart, BounceMan.EXE is a cheerful & friendly individual who is always quite optimistic. However, as a result, he does not take things very seriously all that often. He loves bouncing about & making new friends. However, he does not like sharp objects such as blades. The best at giving friendly body slams.
Abilities: BounceMan.EXE lives up to his name as his bouncy body makes him an ideal defensive navi. His rubbery body causes weaker attacks to simply bounce off him without any cause of harm. It also makes him immune to attacks that involve punches as he simply absorbs such attacks before quickly launching his puncher back a great distance. It also makes him immune to all Electric attacks. Unfortunately, this defense is useless against full-synchro empowered attacks, and worse: Sword attacks can cut into BounceMan.EXE like he was nothing. Nonetheless, BounceMan.EXE has a wide range of attacks & abilities himself. They are as follows.
Rubber Armor: BounceMan.EXE is immune to attacks 50 or below & is immune to being punched. Electric attacks are rendered useless to him as well. Non-Electric attacks higher than 50 & Sword Attributed attacks can harm BounceMan.EXE however. An attack via Full-Synchro can also bypass the defense regardless of multiplier.
Flying Parts: At any moment BounceMan.EXE is hit with a Sword attack, he will break apart & his body will about the battlefield wildly for 4 seconds harming all enemies unfortunate enough to be in the way. Afterward, he will immediately repair himself & resume his normal attack pattern.
Bounce Parade: BounceMan.EXE will retract his legs some before starting to bounce about his side of the arena before doing so in the enemy's side for a small while hitting any enemies in his path.
Bouncy Punch: BounceMan.EXE's basic attack. He throws a punch 3 squares deep, pushing anyone his punch connects with back a square. Sometimes he'll throw 2 punches instead.
Ba-Boing Tackle: BounceMan.EXE's charge attack. BounceMan.EXE will aim for a random enemy on the battlefield & attempt to grab hold of his target. If he succeeds in grabbing a foe, he will then quickly launch himself at the grasped target; slamming into them full-force. This can knock foes back 2 squares. Works better on taller enemies.
Body Slam: While using Bounce Parade, BounceMan.EXE may sometimes jump up high enough above a random enemy & slam onto the target from above.
Bounce Ball: BounceMan.EXE throws out 1 to 3 balls that bounce about in pit hockey fashion. After they bounce about for a while, they burst. Sometimes he'll throw a gold ball that upon bursting, will reward a random amount of zenny after battle.
Super Bounce: BounceMan.EXE's ultimate attack. He usually initiates the attack by shouting "Super Bounce!" or "See you in Spring!" before launching himself into a supreme bouncing frenzy all across the battlefield. He bounces about for 7 seconds tops.
