Finished coloring and shading this today. This is Rachel, one of the main characters in my comic.
I wanted to explore Rachel's character a bit, and get some practice drawing her full body.
Those of you who have read her character description ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3568157/ ) will know that Rachel has always been unusually tall for her age, even among other equines. She got teased about her height and awkwardness during her earlier years in school, but now that she's 14 and entering high school, she has come to realize that her height causes an additional problem.
Some of the girls she knows have already been pairing up with the boys they meet, but none of the guys seem interested in Rachel. Though nobody has said it, she is convinced that her height is once again the problem, and that a boy would much rather go out with a girl that is his own height or a bit shorter. So the other smaller-species girls are getting all of the boys, while she often feels left out.
She puts on a tough exterior, and pretends that she doesn't care. But at night when she's at home alone in her room, Rachel often sits, hugging her favorite carebear plushie, wondering what it would be like to have a guy that thought she was pretty and maybe even hold her paw.

Heh... I fear that Auntie Lauren's lessons would quickly overwhelm Rachel and send her into a paranoid panic. She doesn't want to be sexy; in fact, she's still trying to figure out what that even means.
She's only 14, Lauren--give her a break. Her biggest relationship concern at this point is whether a guy is going to hold her paw, not how to get a guy to sleep with her.

Still working it up; going through character development right now. But if you'd like to read the first few strips, you can start here:
