I've been in a very vintage-y mood lately, and I wanted to go ahead and work in the Care Bears art style again, so I decided to go ahead and do it with my favorite firestarter, that precious pyromaniac, Miss Willow! I was inspired by one of Willow's canon examination quotes, where she talks about crossing off the word "don't" on a sign that reads "don't play with matches". I kinda wanted to go for a PSA-ish kind of look with this, but of course, knowing Willow, long story short, it looks like they picked the wrong poster bear for their fire safety campaign. Maybe hire Smokey next time? XP
