I drew a new ref for Flare while I was waiting on traffic. (not _in_ traffic, was in a coffee shop) I really wanna get some art involving him, and finally have a recent ref of him. Details about him below.

Flare Violetta is a size and shape-shifting Mewtwo. He is very strong psychically, though he's not one for battle or anything. He's mostly a playful 'two, enjoying playing arcade dance games with people. He runs two businesses, one using his shifting powers to develop potions and formulas to allow others to change their sizes and forms. Most everyone in Milehie who want to spontaneously change their size goes through him. He also runs an arcade which mostly specializes in niche games not normally found in the region; mostly rhythm and music games. He was able to also give macros the ability to play these games by building giant sized versions of them, and hosts macro tournaments frequently.

Flare is very approachable, and strives to be friendly towards others. As for his own size, he can commonly be found around 6ft 2in, though he can also be frequently seen as a macro ranging anywhere from 70 ft to 400 ft. He feels most comfortable there, but doesn't actually know his size limits; just that he can easily dwarf galaxies. He is quite a gentle macro, and enjoys carrying people and even letting them fly using his psychic power. He can change form whenever he wishes, but he mostly uses this to bulk up either fatter or more muscular, and of the two he's more commonly fat. He very much enjoys weight gain, and if they let him, he will not hesitate to feed and fatten anyone.
