I have two questions about the umbrella. First of all, is she just making a joke with it because she’s too far above the clouds by maybe just a bit for it to even do anything. And second, why would she have the umbrella anyway if water makes her grow?

What a glorious feeling, being launched into the air as your city gets uprooted by a giant paw. Wait that doesn't fit the song. I can't vouch for the city, but Vap's have a great time.
