As stated prior, Hebi likes dueling his prey before eating it. this can lead to overconfidence on his end and he can end up underestimating his opponent, but most of the time it works out fine, with the strength to back up his confidence.
However, the last one he fought (a Zangoose) left him pretty scratched up, though he won (as the squirming belly can attest). He doesn't seem intent on letting this one go either, despite his habit of releasing strong opponents.
But also, his injured state caught the eye of a certain audino with healing capabilites... wonder how that'll end.
