That really depends on what you want to do with the idea. It doesn't sound especially offensive as a concept, certainly, the proof would have to be in what was done.

eeh I didn't mark it mature because as wrong as I think it is to censor women and then not censor tribal women, it's generally acceptable to not censor tribal women (if she was real, they could show her on public tv with no problem, so I don't think it should be mature since nothing mature is happening).

wellll I think a cave woman would probably look a lot like regular people, because it's still homo sapiens sapiens. So cave people wouldn't be all apey or that different, they would have the same features but with less neanderthal, if they haven't migrated out of Africa yet. It might be better to focus on LOL X CAN'T USE A HAND AXE! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? and different adornments, etc than to focus on the physical appearance of the woman--though she would probably age earlier and have a more protuding jaw from worn teeth.

That apey racist thing is exactly what I want to avoid. Do you think she's too apey already (I know her legs are short and her body is long, but that's just cause I think that's the most attractive body type, do you think it's too apey, though?)

I think it might work better if you shortened the torso /lengthened the legs juuust enough that the proportions said "less apey, more elongated body type", right now I think they say "kinda apey". It wouldn't take much to lengthen the legs, and it would change the vibe entirely. Sketch it out, etc :3

If she is NOT a neanderthal, then her arms are way too long and she's definitely more apey-looking than she should be. I would also suggest adding a bit of body hair, maybe around her bellybutton or legs. just so show more "cave" and less "tribal african woman".

If you want her to look less evolved, I'd suggest keeping her mostly the way she is, with slightly bowed legs. She feels too upright for those arms to suggest :)

i know this is a bit old now, but hopefully it's still okay to comment. firstly, what type of cave woman are you going for? i think if you want to avoid offending anyone, you need to have a specific species in mind. if you are atleast accurate the to species, people have no footing when deeming this racist. if this is an early homo sapien, although i realise there were likely inbetween phases, i would remove any of the 'less evolved' features. unfortunately with a story like this, someone will always go out of their way to be offended. it's a little bit of a shame it has to be such a large consideration. i say that simply because offense is clearly not your intent. the obvious option would be to change the race, perhaps to something ambiguous. although i think a better option would be a species change, especially if you would like to retain 'less evolved' features. you could opt for a species like neanderthal; i think due to them often being in colder and european countires, you could go for a white character (you'd have to verify that though) and there shouldn't be much of an issue showing them as unattractive by modern standards. you'll also have a potential bonus storyline of her people becoming endangered or extinct; if you wanted to follow that route. impending doom is always nice in a love story, lol.
