$6 lined art commission for Dragon Talon http://www.furaffinity.net/user/dragontalon/ . This one is of one of the scenes from his series of written work called "Fates of the Unicorns". This preceeds the image http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4842994 "You Lose". Here we have the unicorn, Tamira, stabbing apart her opponent's weapon, and about to take him out as well.
Pose was more challenging for the head alone. I'm not particular to faces shot from this angle, especially of something with a long muzzle. Then again, how can one pass on drawing a cute horsey little behind? As I have a few characters with particularly vicious head ornaments, the biggest challenge for me in the image was picking an angle I wanted, since this is one of the few sort of gestures I have down that I know how to shoot from different directions. Otherwise, had fun with this.
