"Cari's Annapolis Adventures"

This guy I created as an "antagonist" to the "Main Six" group. Roger is a manipulative bastard who literally weasels his way to the top. He strongly believes due to his older age, his status as a Marine, and the fact that he's related to a governor (who got him the Annapolis nomination) he feels "entitled" to respect that he doesn't deserve. He's mean, selfish, he uses his smarts to make others feel dumb, and calls everyone derogative names, YET he's smart enough to avoid getting caught or hit with karma.

I based his personality off of someone I know and his name is also that of someone I wish I never met.
