One day in smart Valley, Ouisy was doing his workout. (hence the sweat bands) when all of a sudden, he saw Arthur crying.

Ouisy told him "what's wrong?" and Arthur replied in a sniffle voice, "ever since my uncle passed away, I feel empty"

this made Ouisy very sad. he gave him a big hippo hug and said, "it's going to be OK." unfortunately, the hug didn't work.

"Thanks for the hug" said Arthur. "but I couldn't accept it." Ouisy does not want to let Arthur suffer in silence.

Ouisy needed to think of a way to make Arthur happy. then Ouisy had an idea. "stay here. I'll Be right back" said Ouisy to Arthur.

when Ouisy came back, he told Arthur, "hey Arthur, wanna see my tattoo?" originally, Arthur was going to say no, but he accepted it.

"go ahead. surprise me." said Arthur. With that, Ouisy ripped off his tank top to reveal his tattoo of Arthur with a heart behind him.

And when Arthur saw that, he was in tears... happy tears. Then he gave Ouisy a big hug.
