Candice's hubby, the flamboyantly masculine martial artist in training: Skazad!

Skaz was born right as his father was about to leave his mother and two siblings behind. His father had used his inheritance to guy a mansion in Centris park, but began to run out of money to maintain it. His father was secretly gay, and had blown his fortune on several gene augs just before conceiving Skaz and then running off with a man the next year. By the time his father left, power and water had already been cut off to all rooms of the mansion except the living area, one of the 1st floor bathrooms, and the kitchen.

When Skaz was 14, his mother passed away in her sleep from an aneurysm, leaving just him and two 19-year-old siblings. Being so poor, Skaz went to public school, and never learned a proper trade, working as the school's PE instructor which required no degree but paid much less. His siblings had all moved away by the time Skaz was 19, but Skaz stayed behind, taking care of his mansion and hoping to see it return to glory someday.

He eventually would get that glory when he met Candice at a bar. He gave her a home, and slowly helped her turn her criminal life around. When she was caught and sentenced to 40 years in prison, Skaz offered to have his home converted into a prison for her to keep her safe from the criminals who would happily have their way with a quadruple amputee. Watchtower accepted the offer, footing the maintenance bills and allowing Skaz to continue living in the mansion while Candice worked for Watchtower to reduce her sentence.

Around the age of 23, Skaz's body had begun to change. The gene augs he inherited from his father were beginning to show themselves in him! These same gene augs eventually resulted in his plump lip and womanly hips and thighs. There were.... certain other changes as well that Skaz and Candice never expected.

Candice's heroic actions over time, allowed her to make another deal with Watchtower, to turn Skaz's home into a full prison for disabled convicts, where she and Skaz would act as wardens, putting her and Skaz on Watchtower's payroll. Candice understood the mindset of a disabled criminal, and Skaz had proven himself capable of taking care of disabled people, so it seemed to be a good match. The mansion's basement was turned into an underground facility capable of housing up to 40 convicts (there's not that many disabled supervillains), while Candice and Skaz live in the mansion above.
