After a day of pondering how the Pestilens female skaven would do in Rikeesh's clan, I came up with something.

Meet the Sisters of the Warping Heart!
- They are the personal guards of Rikeesh, their fur purely white because they washed out all the colors to clean themselves from the filth they are coming from, or even shave themselves every day to be able to stay completely clean
- Often they have either no eyes because they are scarred over from healed infections, or they wrap their eyes to not defile the Warpmother with their gaze. But they may be blind but they still are able to fight like furies.
- They weapon is called a Mourning Star, a bell combined with an incense burner
- Some are even so determined to stay clean that they not only wash their fur until it is completely white but completely shave it every day, like the depicted lady.
- They call Rikeesh their Warpmother, and the sister in the highest position has the title Mother, and Rikeesh calls them her war daughters.
