I am happy to report that  aceleace was able to create Leon's sword just based on details and descriptions, I think it turned out wonderful and really captures what I had versioned in my head. The sword is able to hold a charge of a lightening strike whether that was captured naturally or charged by Leon does not matter, it is then able to be fired outward from the tip at an opponent or elsewhere. The charm attached to the sword via chain is both a reminder of his servitude to his cause but also symbolic in that it is a completely grey Yin&Yang symbol, meaning Leon is always stuck between good righteous deeds, and darkness, Angels, Demons, and those in between!
