It was imagination play time at preschool. Loupy and Snow were playing princess and were setting up to have a tea party. They had invited a big dragon plush as their honored guest.

The two friends were just about ready to start setting out the tea cups and plates when they heard a shout.

“Fear not fair maidens, Sir Dominus will save you!” as the highland cow cub rushed toward them dressed as a knight. Before they could react, he struck the dragons paw with his toy sword. “Take that foul beast!”

The reaction he got from the imperiled princesses was not what Dominus had expected.

Snow shrieked “Dwaggy you’re hurt!” and rushed to pet and kiss the plushies paw.

Loupy turned on him and started scolding the knight while waving his wand. “How dare you attack our guest!”

“But … I was rescuing you two” he stammered and backed away as the wolf approached, “does it look like we need rescuing?”

The bear seeing the mean knight backing toward him knelt down in his path, causing him to trip onto him with his padded butt exposed.

The wolf didn’t let the chance slip away and used his wand to deliver a couple of good swats to the bulls rump.

Dominus yelped, jumped up and began to flee. Loupy yelled after him “these princesses can rescue themselves. Leave the dragon alone or you’ll need rescuing from us!” Meanwhile Snow tended to the dragon’s injury.

That’s when the teacher arrived. “Girls! … er I mean boys. We need to have a talk”.

Loupy tried to hide the bent wand behind his back, and both cubs lowered their ears knowing they were in trouble.
