My mental health has been on a major decline in the last 3 months massively. I started new medications to help my episodes but I am unfortunately on trial and error with medications and this last medication put me in the worst spiral I've had in years. I hate feeling this way ;)
And a majority of my support system doesn't even exist anymore so I'm not sure what to do 🌸
