Aah some fun and lovely ones made, wonderfully done.
As for the pirate eyepatch, someone once explained to me and don't know if it's true but seems logical. Is when fighting in the open during the day it's light outside but if a fight would break out inside the ship below where there whas almost no light. They could remove their eyepatch becouse that eye whas accustomed to the dark so they could see slightly better in it.
