I tend to subdivide fursuit performers into two categories: cartoony/mascot and dramatic/romantic. The vast majority of 'suiters, as far as I can tell, are in the former type and I praise them for the speed of wit and fount of energy that it requires. Still, for me, I prefer the dramatic. Put me on stage, so to speak. Give me a grand role to play, something to ponder and plan out ahead of time. A framework to start from rather than making it all up on the fly. Impromptu acting isn't really my forte, although I am learning. Each con, I get a little better, a little more comfortable with the spotlight. Thanks, everybody.
