This is kinda sorta but not really a WIP.
I haven't decided on what background I want to draw for this picture, so it's not got one right now... I also probably won't have the final one animated. This was more for fun and to see if I could pull off the green static effect thing.
And now I'll get back to stuff I should be doing, I promise.
