this is the second Afghan I haven't had time to post. I decided to work a pattern I'd never done before, because I like learning new patterns. The willow pattern is considered to be part of the "floral granny square" family. I have done floral patterns in the past, such as the tulip rows pattern, but never in a square form. For color, I decided on an earthtone look, deciding on beige (which Red Heart calls "Buff"...so you could say I was crocheting in the buff XD ) and Cafe Latte. finished it with textured boarder and edged it with one last round of Cafe Latte. I absolutly love this pattern and Im going to make it again and see what interesting color combo's I can make with it!
