Bile Bomb Progress: Cap construction

This is a pic when I was working on the cap.
Steps:
1. Mark and cut holes for the cotter pin
2. Cut a slot for the red cap latch
3. Make the cap latch by cutting a notch in it (like in the pic) and I used the torch to bend that notch down so the cotter pin interlocks with it.
4. Cut about 10-12 small pieces of wire (all same length) and superglue them in equal increments around the top 3/4's of the cap.
5. Remove the cotter pin and tape off the bottom 1/4 of the cap
6. Spray paint white a few good coats.
7. Carefully attach latch and cotter pin
8. Remove tape
