This is probably the first time I've "successfully" put together a "long" short story together, although some of it based off stuff in my life, but this is the first time I've seriously tried writing, so I needed something to use as a guide for the beginning...
Anyway I hope you enjoy reading it, I'm worried the start could be a bit dell, any criticisms or comments would be appreciated.
I changed the file type from .doc to .txt so you can read the story without needing to download the file, enjoy!
EDIT: Revised the wording within the story, hopefully it's a little better now...
