ive wanted one of these for years lol the two sports games are really awesome lol for sports games its missing a VMU (video memory unit) so yeah its one of the things im missing.

Humm lol Windows CE is Window's old PDA/ smartphone OS.. I dunno how it would work with it.... but that's kinda neat... I was gonna get one of these for Xmas.. but Dad brought me an Xbox instead XD We had JSR on the Xbox aswell it was a fun game...
But yeah kinda sad that the dream cast didn't sell at all..

it was a Second Devlopment enviroment of sourts game devlopers had if they didnt /could afford to pay for the Sega SDK, they could build and port teh game for Windows CE for the dreamcasts SH-4 CPU.
it was a means of attracting more developers to the console without having to shell out assloads for a SDK/Katana (Katana= the Dreamcast Dev Unit)
these are all the Known "CE-Built" Games on the dreamcast
